Collaborative therapy with you...
Systemic therapeutic services provide a solution for individuals, couples and families from your own setting online or face-to-face in Peterborough.
Systemic Psychotherapy support for individuals and teams can also be provided within organisations.
Group therapy can be an ideal solution for individuals who prefer to attend therapy in a group. Group therapy can include whomever you choose and deem as significant.
Who I work with?
I am passionate about collaborating with clients, to ‘see’ the injustices and sometimes pathologising positions within your relationships and contexts.
I endeavour to work mindfully and respectfully with a diverse range of organisations, families, couples, and individuals within different contexts.
I work with individuals and groups from all backgrounds, regardless of age, lifestyle, culture, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexuality, or educational background.
I look forward to meeting you & to being alongside you in the next step of your therapeutic journey.

How I Work
Making the decision to have therapy can be challenging, particularly when you may not fully recognise its potential benefits.
Clients can expect a 15min consultation via phone or online. This helps me to have an understanding of the therapeutic aims and it’s an opportunity for you to find out if I am the right fit for you. Each session lasts 50 mins and can take place face-to-face (in Peterborough) or remotely (online link would be sent). I don't have specific expectations about session frequency or pacing. You may decide to see me weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on your unique needs and availability.
There are no set number of sessions and there is no obligation to continue therapy if your circumstances change and you do not wish to continue.
................
The RAFT training programme comprises of three core training sessions. This is supplemented by additional workshops aimed at reinforcing practical application. For further details please get in touch.
